Stretch film recycling solution is used for treating industrial package stretch film with labels. First, we will tear and crush the stretch film material, then soak the material with cold water and hot water. The hot water can help soften and decompose the gum of the label paper, and then use a powerful friction machine to pull the label paper and plastic together. Film stretching and separation, and finally rinsing and dehydration/squeezing processes to remove water.

Third, the fully cleaned materials are granulated. With our laser filtration system, remaining label paper can be filtered out more efficiently and quickly. This ensures the stability of the production line and the final particle quality (low ash content), and also greatly improves the automation of the production line.
