The LLDPE Film Compaction Water Ring Pelletizing System Ordered By A Vietnamese Customer Has Been Successfully Tested!
This week, Kitech Machinery successfully tested a set of KCP120 compaction water ring pelletizing system. This plastic film recycling pelletizing system is sold to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a production capacity of 400-600kg/H of plastic particles.
The configuration of this recycling pelletizing system is the standard configuration of the KCP series pelletizing system. It mainly includes belt conveyors with metal detectors, dry dust removal systems, compactors, KSE series single screw extruders, water ring pelletizer systems, and more.
After preliminary manual screening, the plastic film can be sent to the belt conveyor machine for inspection by a metal detector to eliminate any possible metal impurities. The tested film will be further shredded and compacted in the compaction machine, and melted into a hot liquid plastic. After extrusion and filtration, liquid plastic can be cut into plastic particles in the water ring cutting system.
This KCP series compaction water ring pelletizing system can be equipped with various pre washing lines and post cutting systems, and can handle various soft and hard plastics such as films, non-woven fabrics, ton bags, woven bags, beverage bottles, milk bottles, plastic baskets, plastic toys, etc., such as PE PE HDPE LLDPE PP BOPP ABS EPS XPS PS, etc,
