Shenzhen, April 18, 2025——Kitech Machinery successfully concluded the milestone 37th international exhibition on plastics and rubber industries. 2025 Chinaplas is themed "Change, Collaboration, and Sustainability", focusing on the four major focuses of "circular economy", "digital production", "innovative materials" and "high-end technology, made in China". The total exhibition area reached 380,000 square meters, bringing together 4,500 international exhibitors to fully display innovative rubber and plastic solutions.

1.Plastic pelletizing production line——converts waste into high-quality plastic granules with precise and efficient processes.
Plastic pelletizing machine mainly includes two sets of core products——The KCP series& The KSP series plastic pelletizing machine. The KCP series granulation production line is very suitable for processing various soft plastic films, such as raffia, filaments, bags, woven bags, woven fabrics, etc. The KSP series pelletizing system is a specially designed plastic recycling solution for hard plastic scraps. It is suitable for processing plastic flakes like PP PE ABS PS HIPS PC etc.

2.Double station self-cleaning laser filter——automatically removes impurities during operation, no need to change the wire mesh manually, reducing the mesh cost and labor cost.
The laser screen plate is made of chromium-molybdenum steel, it has excellent wear resistance and toughness. The thickness is 1.5mm, it ensures a long service life and reduces the frequency of replacement. There are thousands of holes drilled by laser, it ensures high filtration efficiency. With the advanced laser technology, the laser screen can be with a precision of 80-800 microns


3. Shredders & Crushers——easily crush large plastic waste materials for seamless downstream processing.
